Favorite Recipes is a comb-bound typescript cookbook issued by the Washington State Chefs Association, a chapter of the American Culinary Federation, for Culinary Expo 76 (July 10–11, 1976). It was printed by Dotson Printing, Maple Valley, Washington, and bound with a green plastic comb.

It is not only a cookbook. The front matter carries the association's 1976 officers and board, its full membership roster, the Washington State members of the American Academy of Chefs, and the Culinary Expo 76 committee, judges and exhibitors. Every recipe is signed by a working chef, usually with the hotel, club, airline or restaurant that employed them. 187 distinct people are named across the recipes and rosters.

No catalog record was found in the Library of Congress, Open Library, Internet Archive, HathiTrust or the antiquarian trade; this copy may be the only described instance. It was photographed, cleaned and transcribed page by page in August 2026 from the copy held in the Darrell Anderson Culinary Archives.
