1 Tbls. Flour
1 Cup tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbls. Sugar
2 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Make meat balls according to your recipe. Brown meat balls. Add sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over noodles.
