BEEF N' NOODLES IN SOUR CREAM

Name: BEEF N' NOODLES IN SOUR CREAM
Ingredients: 1 cup chopped onion; 2 Tbsp. fat; 1 lb. ground beef; 3 cups noodles; 4 cups tomato juice; 2 tsp. salt; 2 tsp. celery salt; dash of pepper; 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 cup sour cream

2 Tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
3 cups noodles
4 cups tomato juice
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery salt
dash of pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream

Method

Cook onion in fat; add meat. Combine remaining ingredients except sour cream. Pour over noodles to moisten all. Bring to boil; cover and simmer over low heat about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream. Heat just to boiling.
