Ingredients

• Meat Loaves:
• 3 lbs. ground beef
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 5 slices bread, crumbled
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup bottled horseradish
• 1 Tbsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
• Topping:
• 1 cup catsup
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 4 tsps. prepared mustard
• 1 tsp. nutmeg

Method

1. In large bowl, combine Meat Loaves ingredients. Divide mixture in half. In each end of a 12" x 8" baking dish or pan, shape half of mixture into a rounded loaf.
2. In small bowl, combine Topping ingredients. Pour over meat loaves. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 12 servings.
