Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground chuck
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 1/2 cups hot water
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 3 cups mashed potatoes
• 2 Tbsp. salad oil
• 1 Tbsp, Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. gravymaster
• 1 pkg. frozen peas
• Flour to thicken

Method

1. Saute beef and onion until brown. Add water and seasonings. Bring to boil. Add peas. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add flour to thicken. Divide into 4 individual greased casseroles or place in one large greased baking dish. Cover with mashed potatoes. Place in a 350 degree oven until potatoes are lightly browned.
