Ingredients: 2 lbs. fine ground TUNA. If in oil, use - if in water, drain very well; 1 lb. Philadelphia style CREAM CHEESE; 1/2 tsp. WHITE PEPPER; SALT to taste; 1 tsp ACCENT (Monosodium Glutamate); 1 cup CHABLIS WINE; 1 Tbsp. fresh LEMON JUICE.
