Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
• 4 medium potatoes
• 1 medium onion
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 6-oz. can tomato paste
• 1 6-oz. can water

Method

1. Beat steak to tenderize. Cut into serving-size pieces. Peel potatoes; cut in half. Peal onion and chop. Flour steak and saute until brown. Arrange in baking dish. Add potatoes. Sprinkle onion over this. Add water to tomato paste and mix well, then pour over all. Add salt and pepper. Cover and bake for one hour in 350 degree oven. Serves 4.
